Booking & Cancellation

Bookings over 12 months in advance
You may make a booking, (outside of school holiday periods), more than 12 months in advance.
However, bookings will not be taken more than 12 months in advance for school holiday periods.

Guests who have stayed at Kelanbri for a particular school holiday period, (either a weekend or weekly), will have first preference for that same period next year.

Tentative bookings
We will gladly take “tentative” bookings at any time. However, “tentative” bookings are just that. We reserve the right to let accommodation to another guest if you have not confirmed your booking by paying a 50% deposit.

We will always attempt to contact you by phone, mail or email to check whether you wish to confirm, before letting to another guest.

Confirmed bookings
We require a deposit of 50% of the full tariff to confirm a booking. Upon receipt of your 50% deposit, we will write or email you confirming your booking arrangements (arrival and departure dates, apartment number, balance to pay on arrival).

Deposits
We gladly accept cash, cheque or credit card.
You may pay a deposit to confirm your booking by giving us your credit card details over the phone (VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD or EFTPOS).

We do not accept personal or company cheques unless they are received by us at least 1 week prior to your arrival.

Cancellations and deposit refunds
If you have paid a 50% deposit, we will refund your deposit in full providing you give at least 4 week’s notice of any cancellation.
